Bookings and cancellations
- A ‘Meet & Greet’ consultation is mandatory before reservations to ensure compatibility
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the arrival date.
- Cancellation policies vary based on the notice period:
- Cancellations between 14 days and 48 hours before the start date require 50% payment.
- Within 48 hours, the full amount is payable.
Aggressive Animals:
- I won’t accept aggressive animals.
- Clients are responsible for costs if their pet bites another animal.
- Dogs showing aggression or causing harm may be placed elsewhere.
Insurance and Vaccinations:
- I haver public liability insurance.
- Medications are administered as directed.
- Pets with contagious illnesses won’t be boarded.
Collars/Leads and Return Date Changes:
- Secure collars, harnesses, and leads are necessary.
- No refunds or credits for early returns or last-minute changes.
